Ray checked in for the Toronado out of Pierpoint Landing. We're on the first of a 2-day charter. The guys wanted to go look around, so we looked around the outer banks here today. No exotics for our travels, but we caught some nice big red rockfish for the guys and a couple of nice big lingcod. We're going to head for a different area looking for warmer water and yellowtail is on the agenda. We'll check-in with you all tomorrow. The weather is shaping up nicely. Ryan checked in for the City of Long Beach out of Pierpoint Landing. Good sculpin fishing for us. It took a second to get dialed in there. Lots of people on the boat. Not sold out, but close to it. Lots of angles and tangles, but we managed to get things working in the right direction there and captured what we needed to on the sculpin. We tried to put a little bit of extra rockfish in the bags, there but that didn't work too well. Still nothing going on the surface here in the local areas but hopefully that's just a matter of time. The water is definitely warming up, that's a plus, but the water is still very dirty and we need it to clean up and get everything going in the right direction. For the time being, we'll just focus on what we're doing, and we'll keep you updated on any kind of change.  Ryan has the latest fish report for you below!

Bobby checked in for the City of Long Beach out of Pierpoint Landing. A little bit rougher conditions today with a bunch of swell. We had a packed house with 68 people on board. We caught 285 sculpin, 4 or 5 red snapper, and 60 or 70 sand dab. We didn't really have much time to focus on anything else. Bobby has the latest fish report and tackle recommendation for you below!
